Fee for payment returned due to insufficient funds

The Office of the Secretary of State may collect a fee for any payment made to the office and returned due to insufficient funds as provided for in § 57A-3-421 . The office shall deposit any revenue from this fee into the financing statement and annual report filing fee fund. Source: SL 2012, ch 2 , § 1.
