Licensing powers with respect to alcoholic beverages

The Department of Revenue and the secretary thereof shall have all the powers and duties: (1) Imposed upon them under the provisions of Title 35 relating to alcoholic beverages; (2) Imposed upon the secretary under the provisions of chapter 39-13 relating to the registration of brands of alcoholic beverages.
