Marketer license for wholesale distributor or retail dealer

Any person who is acting in this state as a wholesale distributor or retail dealer shall be licensed as a marketer. A separate license shall be obtained and maintained for each business location within this state. Source: SL 1995, ch 71 , § 65; SL 1999, ch 58 , § 28.
