Cancellation of license for non - activity--Request for hearing

The secretary may cancel the license of any person upon the determination that the license holder is no longer engaged in a business activity for which the license is issued. The person shall request within fifteen days of the license cancellation a hearing before the secretary to show reason for retaining the license. Source: SL 1995, ch 71 , § 78.
