Annual publication of directory on internet website--Date of publication--Development, contents and maintenance

The secretary shall annually develop and publish on the Department of Revenue's internet website no later than May fifteenth of each year, a directory listing all tobacco product manufacturers that have provided current and accurate certifications conforming to the requirements of §§ 10-50-72 to 10-50-92 , inclusive, and all brand families that are listed in the certifications except as provided in §
