Promulgation of rules--Certification, reporting and directory

The secretary, for purposes of §§ 10-50-72 to 10-50-92 , inclusive, may promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 concerning the procedures, forms, and contents for: (1) The certification process for tobacco product manufacturers; (2) The reporting requirements for distributors and wholesalers; and (3) The directory of tobacco product manufacturers that have complied with the requirements of §§ 10-50-72 to 10-50-92 , inclusive.
