License--Required to sell--Penalty

A retailer who sells a nicotine product in this state, without a license issued pursuant to this chapter, is subject to a fine of five hundred dollars, per day, imposed by the department, except as provided in § 10-50E-5 . Source: SL 2026, ch 54 , § 17, eff. Jan. 1, 2027. Effective January 1, 2027
