Intentionally false or misleading statements prohibited--Felony

Any person who intentionally makes any false, fraudulent, or misleading statement or entry in any statement of organization, campaign finance disclosure statement, other statement, or amendment filed pursuant to this chapter is guilty of a Class 5 felony. Source: SL 2007, ch 80 , § 34.
