A county auditor shall forward to the secretary of state: (1) The name of each candidate for precinct committeeman or committeewoman, upon the filing of the candidate's statement pursuant to § 12-5-4 ; (2) The results of each election for precinct committeeman or committeewoman held at the primary election, pursuant to § 12-5-4 to 12-5-13 , inclusive; and (3) Each precinct committeeman or committeewoman who had no opposing candidate and was automatically elected, pursuant to §
