Resident school district responsible for tuition of student enrolled in Minnesota school

For any student who is enrolled in a Minnesota school district pursuant to § 13-15-21.1 , the resident district school is responsible for the payment of tuition to the receiving school district. Source: SL 1995, ch 95 , § 1.
