Agreements exempt from § 13-15-26

Any school district that has entered into contractual agreements pursuant to § 13-15-1.3 or 13-15-11 on or before July 1, 1997, is not subject to the provisions of § 13-15-26 . Source: SL 1998, ch 89 , § 3.
