Chairman and vice chairman of center board

The officers of a center board shall be a chairman and a vice chairman, who shall not be from the same school district. The chairman shall preside at all meetings of a center board and in his absence the vice chairman shall preside. Source: SL 1973, ch 123 , § 11.
