Vacancies

If a vacancy occurs as provided in § 3-4-1 , the Governor shall, by appointment, fill the vacancy, and the appointee shall serve for the balance of the unexpired term. Any vacancy shall be filled in the same manner the vacating member was selected. This partial term does not count as a term for the term limit provided in §
