Receipt and disbursement of federal funds for agricultural extension work

The state treasurer shall be the custodian of the funds provided for the carrying out of § 13-54-1 . He is authorized to receive and receipt for any money appropriated for the purpose by the federal government and to disburse the same according to law. Source: SDC 1939, § 15.1207. 13-54-3
