Exercise of peremptory challenge

Following examination of the jurors called for examination pursuant to § 15-14-10.2 , the parties, commencing with the plaintiff, shall alternatively exercise their peremptory challenges on the clerk's list. A peremptory challenge may not be waived. Source: Supreme Court Rule 97-6.
