Inmate financial responsibility for state's costs incurred from abuse of court system

If a court finds that an inmate has acted in a manner specified by the provisions of § 24-2-29.1 , the court shall order the inmate plaintiff to pay the costs incurred by the person or the state in defending the cause of action, including reasonable attorney's fees. Source: SL 1997, ch 147 , § 2.
