Stay--Hearings allowed

During a stay under § 15-40-4 , the court may hear and rule on: (1) A motion unrelated to the motion under § 15-40-3 ; and (2) A motion seeking a special or preliminary injunction to protect against an imminent threat to public health or safety. Source: SL 2026, ch 91 , § 5. Effective July 1, 2026
