Neglect of officer's duty or malfeasance as contempt of court

Neglect of any officer to perform any duty imposed by this chapter, or the corrupt malfeasance of any such duty shall be deemed a contempt of the circuit court, and may be punished as such in the discretion of the court. Source: SL 1935, ch 85 , § 13; SDC 1939 & Supp 1960, § 32.1013.
