Retention of employment status during jury status--Pay

Any employee serving as provided in § 16-13-41.1 shall retain and be entitled to the same job status, pay, and seniority as he had prior to performing jury duty. Such temporary leave of absence while performing jury duty may be with or without pay within the discretion of the employer. Source: SL 1974, ch 324 , § 2.
