Definition of terms

Terms as used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, mean: (1) "Commission," the Commission on Judicial Qualifications provided for in S.D. Const., Art. V, § 9 and this chapter; (2) "Judge," a justice of the Supreme Court, a judge of the circuit court, or a judge of a court of limited jurisdiction.
