Promulgation of drug court rules

The Supreme Court shall establish rules pursuant to § 16-3-1 for the eligibility criteria for participation in a drug court. No offender participating in a drug court is entitled to earned discharge on probation pursuant to § 16-22-17 . Source: SL 2013, ch 101 , § 5.
