The procedure for actions under this chapter shall be according to the provisions of Title 15, but such of the provisions of chapters 21-14 and 21-41 as are not inconsistent with those of Title 15 shall be applicable to actions under this chapter. Source: SDC 1939 & Supp 1960, § 37.1602.
