Dispense or advertise abortion-inducing drug--Injunction--Venue--Attorney’s fees and costs

If the attorney general has reason to believe that a person is engaging in, has engaged in, or is about to engage in a violation of § 22-17-5.3 , the attorney general may bring an action in the name of the state against the person to restrain the person by temporary or permanent injunction.
