Convictions in other states considered

Any conviction for, or plea of guilty to, an offense in another state that, if committed in this state, would be a violation of §§ 22-24A-35 to 22-24A-37 , inclusive, must be used to determine if the violation being charged is a second or subsequent offense. Source: SL 2024, ch 87 , § 5.
