Separate statement of rebates and discounts

Rebates of purchase prices or discounts allowed by a distributor or manufacturer shall be separately stated on the original purchase invoice or separately invoiced on a credit memo referenced to the original sales invoice. Source: SL 1988, ch 188 , § 14.
