Reasonable force allowed in collection of DNA sample--Immunity from liability

Duly authorized law enforcement and corrections personnel may employ reasonable force in cases if an individual refuses to provide a DNA sample required under this chapter. No such employee may be held civilly or criminally liable for the use of such reasonable force. Source: SL 2003, ch 133 , § 13.
