Failure or refusal to surrender revoked gold card or enhanced permit as misdemeanor

It is a Class 1 misdemeanor for a person to fail or refuse to surrender to the county sheriff of the person's county of residence, upon lawful demand, a gold card or enhanced permit to carry a concealed pistol that has been revoked.
