The warden or corrections official shall cause the certificate of execution to be filed in the office of the clerk of the sentencing court within ten days after the execution

The original or a certified copy of the death certificate, postmortem examination, and any autopsy report shall be filed with the clerk of the sentencing court within ten days of receipt by the warden or corrections official.
