Sharing of information by interagency multidisciplinary teams

Nothing in §§ 23A-28C-3 and 23A-28C-4 may prevent interagency multidisciplinary teams from sharing information for the purposes of investigating a crime or providing services to victims, as defined in § 23A-28C-4 , in the course of the team member's speciality or occupation.
