Promulgation of rules for collection of outstanding court-ordered financial obligations

The Supreme Court shall promulgate rules for the collection of outstanding court-ordered financial obligations through the administrative financial accountability system. The rules shall include graduated responses to noncompliance and a policy for the termination or adjustment of the financial obligations. Source: SL 2013, ch 101 , § 46, eff.
