The parties may inspect and obtain a copy of the financial documents, including confidential information as defined in § 15-15A-8 , that are received by the referee in connection with the child support proceeding

This information is to be held confidential and may not be released for any purpose outside of the child support proceeding. The referee may charge a fee not to exceed twenty-five cents per page for reproducing any document requested. If the actual duplication cost exceeds twenty-five cents per page, the referee may request a court order approving a fee of more than twenty-five cents per page.
