Adult child supported by parent

Except as provided in § 25-5-18.1 , if a child, after attaining majority continues to serve and to be supported by the parent, neither party is entitled to compensation in the absence of an agreement therefor. Source: SDC 1939, § 14.0317; SL 1987, ch 192 .
