Allegations of abuse within juvenile corrections facilities to be reported to monitor

Any allegation of abuse and neglect of individuals within the juvenile corrections facilities received by the Office of the Governor, the Department of Corrections, or other agencies of the executive branch shall be promptly reported in writing to the monitor. Source: SL 2000, ch 128 , § 3.
