Placement of child in another state--Retention of jurisdiction by court

Any court having jurisdiction to place delinquent children may place such a child in an institution or in another state pursuant to Article V of the interstate compact on the placement of children and shall retain jurisdiction as provided in Article V thereof. Source: SL 1974, ch 180 , § 8.
