Interstate compacts not affected by provisions

Provisions of this chapter and chapters 26-8A , 26-8B , and 26-8C do not affect the "Interstate Compact on Juveniles" in chapter 26-12 or "Interstate Compact on Placement of Children" in chapter 26-13 .
