Acceptance and expenditure of additional funds for custodial care costs

The secretary of the Department of Corrections may accept and expend for the purpose of § 26-7A-94 , in addition to the amount in that section, any funds obtained from federal sources, gifts, contributions, or any other source if the acceptance and expenditure are approved in accordance with §
