Suspension, stay, or postponement of sentence--Release from custody on condition

The court may suspend sentence, stay, or postpone the enforcement of execution, or release from custody any person found guilty in any such prosecution, upon such conditions as shall be imposed by the court in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. Source: SDC 1939, § 43.0402.
