Location and name of Redfield institution--Control and supervision

The facility located and established upon lands donated and conveyed to this state at Redfield, Spink County, shall be known as the South Dakota Developmental Center. The supports and services provided by the South Dakota Developmental Center shall be under the control and supervision of the Department of Human Services. Source: SL 2000, ch 131 , § 17.
