Determination of debt--Notice of lien--Priority

The Department of Social Services, upon a judicial determination of debt, or an administrative determination of debt under chapter 25-7A , may file a notice of lien pursuant to chapter 44-2 . The priority of this lien shall be established as of its date of filing. Source: SL 1984, ch 206 , § 2.
