Rules for attendant - care program

The secretary of human services may adopt reasonable and necessary rules pertaining to the attendant - care program in the following areas: (1) The amount, scope, and duration of care; (2) The level and basis of payment; (3) Eligibility determination; (4) Administration, record keeping, and audit requirements; and (5) Such other standards and requirements as may be necessary to ensure the efficient operation and administration of the program.
