Applicability of certain retirement system provisions

Supplemental pension benefits are not subject to the duplicate benefit provisions of § 3-12C-709 , to the participant reemployment restrictions of § 3-12C-703 , 3-12C-1402 , 3-12C-1403 , 3-12C-1404 , 3-12C-1405 or 3-12C-1406 , nor to the benefit adjustment provisions of § 3-12C-1111 or 3-12C-1112 .
