Administration of benefit--Release and receipt

Any payment to any participant shall, to the extent paid, be in full satisfaction of the participant's claim being paid and may be conditioned on the delivery by the participant of the duly executed receipt and release in a form determined by the system. Source: SL 2020, ch 14 , § 16.
