Promulgation of pay system rules

The commission shall promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26 , to develop a statewide pay system which assures the principle of equal pay for equal work applying to positions existing in the civil service. Source: SL 2012, ch 23 , § 48; SL 2019, ch 21 , § 33.
