Roads as public highways--Vehicle or traffic regulations may be enforced by law enforcement officer

Any road constructed or maintained pursuant to this chapter is a public highway, and any speed limits, vehicle weight limits, and any other vehicle or traffic regulations on such roads may be enforced by any law enforcement officer. Source: SL 1999, ch 151 , § 3.
