Motor vehicle technology fee--Deposit

There is imposed an additional, nonrefundable motor vehicle technology fee on any transaction performed pursuant to chapters 32-3 , 32-3A , 32-5 , 32-9 , and 32-10 , which is subject to an existing fee. The additional fee is two dollars per transaction. Fees collected under this section must be deposited into the motor vehicle fund. Source: SL 2025, ch 114 , § 1.
