In addition to the restrictions provided pursuant to the provisions of § 32-12A-23 , a commercial learner's permit may also have the following restrictions: (1) P--For no passengers in a commercial motor vehicle; and (2) X--For no cargo in a commercial motor vehicle tank vehicle.
