Denying registration to noncomplying cycles

The Department of Public Safety may refuse to register or may suspend or revoke the registration of any vehicle referred to in § 32-18-27 when it determines that the braking system thereon does not comply with the provisions of §§ 32-18-8 and 32-18-9 .
