Speeding and reckless driving prohibited--Muffler required--Violation as misdemeanor

No person may operate a snowmobile in the following manner: (1) At a speed that is greater than is reasonable or prudent under the circumstances; (2) In any reckless way so as to endanger the person or property of another; (3) Without a functioning muffler complying with § 32-15-17 .
