The transportation commission may adopt rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to restrict the size or weight of any motor vehicle or class of motor vehicle on roads under its jurisdiction provided the vehicle size or weight restriction is conspicuously signed. Source: SL 1987, ch 210 , § 24.
