Unsafe backing prohibited--Violation as misdemeanor

The driver of a vehicle may not back the vehicle unless such movement can be made with safety and without interfering with other traffic. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor. Source: SL 1970, ch 175 , § 31, § 9; SL 1989, ch 255 , § 205.
